This contest is for a total of four people. The travel dates
for the Halloween Haunt Giveaway will be between October
28th, 2006 and October 31st, 2006 excluding certain dates.
Departures are generally during the week but can be upgraded
to other days for a small fee. Winners can only fly out of
most California airports to the Las Angeles area. If you win
this contest you must fly in and out during the times set by
the airline. 1-room double occupancy accommodations are
provided during your stay.
No exchanges or dollar value will be provided in case the winner cannot attend this trip. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter sweepstakes, complete entry form and e-mail to the address or send to Red Planet Marketing 381 Stockton Ave, San Jose, CA 95126. One entry per contest, per household, please. No reproductions of the entry form will be accepted. All entries must be received by 12 midnight, Thursday, October 20th, 2006 to be eligible for the sweepstakes. Red Planet Marketing assumes no responsibility for lost or late mail, or incomplete entries. Red Planet Marketing reserves the right to select haunts other than those listed on the contest web site. Individuals must be at least 18 years of age or older to enter. Winner(s) will be asked to provide a social security number for tax purposes and a valid drivers license number for identification purposes. Any taxes or incidental costs are the responsibility of individual prizewinners. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received and the number of prizes allocated to the sweepstakes. Winner(s) will be chosen by random drawing and notified by telephone. All winner(s) names and/or likeness may be published on all participating web sites and publications, space permitting, with no further compensation being due to said winner. A list of winners may be requested in writing and within 10 days by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope in a separate envelope to address listed at the top. The sponsors, its agencies, and suppliers shall not be responsible for any inquiry, damage or loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity which may be caused or contributed to, in any way, by the prize awarded hereunder. Employees of the participating radio stations and Red Planet Marketing and their families are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes. Data other than name, address, and phone number provided on this contest form is optional and do not improve odds of winning the sweepstakes. All provided data may be used by Red Planet Marketing for future marketing purposes, and may be shared with Red Planet Marketing business partners, or other screened marketers of products and services with which you may have an interest. All those who enter the sweepstakes can choose to have their name and address removed from future promotions, and removed from any sharing with outside companies. If you so choose, indicate this request in a separate letter with your entry. |
